Maike’s responsibilities extend across the firm’s national operations, backed with 12-years of experience in operations and management. Originally from Brisbane, Maike has a proven track record in maximising efficiency, strategic business planning and development, Human Resource Management, and stimulating growth. She has worked in various industries, including Manufacturing, International Trade, and the Legal sector, both in the UK and Australia nationwide.
Maike collaborates closely with our CEO, CFO, department heads, and external stakeholders. As General Manager, she combines her expertise with a direct, cutting-edge approach, fostering collaborative thinking throughout the Leach Legal team.
Maike also contributes her expertise outside of Leach Legal, providing support to the committee for Queensland Medical Institute of Research.
Maike’s extensive qualifications, and active involvement in professional associations underscore her commitment to excellence and contribute to her exceptional leadership as the General Manager of Leach Legal on a national scale.
